Экономическая модель
Описание с помощью математических методов взаимозависимости между двумя или несколькими экономическими переменными величинами, определение экономического эффекта от их взаимодействия, а также предсказание влияния изменений этих величин на результат экономической деятельности. Экономические модели используются для обобщения основных параметров сложных экономических явлений с тем, чтобы упростить их и сделать пригодными для анализа.
